Bí Ngồi Xào Quế

Sautéed Zucchini with Basil

2 cups zucchini, sliced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup basil, finely chopped
1 T vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium pan, add oil and sauté onion over medium heat, cook until translucent, add zucchini stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Add basil, salt and pepper.
